About HR Dynamics

Shane Twomey is the Principal Consultant and Founder of HR Dynamics, an independent Human Capital Management Consultancy specialising in assisting organisations gain maximum value from their employees’ productivity. He has 20 years experience in Human Resources, having worked with both indigenous companies & private and public sector - and multi-national organisations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Shane also holds an MBS in Human Resources from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. Shane has written articles on various aspects of human resources management and employment law and is a lecturer at the National College of Ireland.

HR Dynamics have extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources giving them excellent exposure to both strategic and operational issues.  Key areas in which HR Dynamics have been involved include the development of Human Resources Strategies and Frameworks, Performance Management, Change Management and all aspects of Employee Engagement. In addition, HR Dynamics provides Executive Coaching.

Clients that HR Dynamics have worked with include Traidlinks, McDonalds Restaurants Ireland, Openjaw Technologies, BiancaMed and the Construction Industry Federation.
